WithU, MyPass, CHI, Zondii: The Early-Stage Tech Bets Inside ASX: SCP

27 startups across AI, fintech, healthtech, regtech, cleantech and SaaS, sourced before the crowd, held through one ASX-listed share. This is what pre-IPO tech looks like when retail can actually buy it.

The biggest technology companies of the last decade did most of their growing in private, where retail investors could not touch them. Scalare Partners (ASX: SCP) is one of the few ways an ordinary Australian investor gets into early-stage technology at the stage where the story is still being written.

As at 31 December 2025 the company held 27 early-stage technology companies across six categories: fintech, healthtech, regtech, cleantech, SaaS and AI. Named holdings include WithU, MyPass, CHI and Zondii. The full portfolio, by category, is set out in the company's investor materials.

Where do 27 startups come from? From the founder communities Scalare operates, including Tank Stream Labs and Fishburners. Founders build there. Scalare watches them build. Then it invests. It is the closest thing to a private-market vantage point that has ever been listed on the ASX.

Revenue and other income up 360% on the prior corresponding period for the half-year to 31 December 2025, per the Appendix 4D lodged with the ASX on 27 February 2026. Includes revenue from businesses acquired during the period; growth was materially acquisition-driven, with Tank Stream Labs around 73% of service revenue. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. The full filing is on the ASX announcements platform under SCP.

Navitas Is Buying $5 Million of Magnachip Stock at $3.42 a Share, a Premium to the Prior Close. The Filings Say Nothing About the Director Who Sits on Both Boards

Magnachip agreed on Sept. 18 to sell 1,461,988 new shares to Navitas Semiconductor for $5,000,000, with resale registration due within 30 days of closing and no lock-up, standstill or board seat in the agreement. Navitas's own second-quarter 10-Q calls Magnachip 'a related party' because director Cristiano Amoruso serves on both boards; neither company's Sept. 21 filing mentions it.
